Process all billing transactions and issue billing adjustments
Solicit payments from clients in accordance with contract terms
Interface with Sales team and/or Management on client inquiries
Address client concerns and queries while sustaining healthy profitable customer relationships
Timely recording of all revenue transactions
Monitor the accounts and report payments made by the clients
Analyze revenues and direct costs (sales and profitability reports
Reconcile general ledger and billings (cashboard) with AR ledger
Compute for commission and initiate commission settlement process
Participate in monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting cycle
Maintain complete copy of client contracts
Report process flow issues to the Finance Manager
Perform other related duties as required

7. Microsoft office, email, internet and accounting software
