Rent is 3000, 1 month deposit, and 1 month advance. I'm not providing any bed so you need to bring your own. You can use all the appliances and utensils. I have a small ref, electric stove, water heater, blender, washing machine, extra electric fan and rice cooker. The apartment has a balcony so you can do your laundry there. The water is 100 per month, electricity bill will be split evenly. Free wifi.

The place is in Comembo, Makati. It's one jeepney ride from EDSA-Guadalupe, Ayala, Landmark, Market Market, Pateros and FX to SM Megamall.
