Three years of Supervisory experience with proven track record in the retail or service industry

Well groomed and posses good communication & interpersonal skills

Possess good leadership with good planning and organization skills

Self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to work on rotating shifts/ weekends & public holidays

Responsibilities:

To lead, supervise and motivate staff to ensure smooth running of daily operation

Able to handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally

Preferably have shop management/ retail experience

Basic management of inventory, stock takes and handles replenishment of stocks
