Our PROMOTIONAL 2012 package for ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION
effective JANUARY 2012:
P10,000 - for maximum of 100 guests & below (negotiable);
P15,000 - for 101 to 150 guests;
P18,000 - for 151 to 200 guests;
P25,000 ---for 210 to 300 guests, with the following INCLUSIONS:
Free EMCEE / SINGER - for P15,000 and up packages (Your Emcee / Singer will be the amazing Mr. ANGEL ESTRADA, www.angelestrada.multiply.com. Check his profile).
Reception program design &/or DANCE CHOREO for COUPLE's 1st DANCE (optional, conditions apply);
Customized music in CD’s to set the mood at your reception;
Customized game materials;
3-5 song numbers from Church to Reception;
2 Poppers/confetti for your reception grand entrance or closing;
2 - 3 Meetings, up to 2 hrs every meeting;
2 - 6 (depending on your package) Uniformed, gorgeous, well-trained, customer-oriented staff;
Staff equipped with 2-way radios for better coordination;
Coordination with all suppliers a month before;
Review of suppliers' contracts;
RSVP - Seating plan (optional);
Church & Reception venue preparation & coordination;
Plus many other responsibilities as enumerated in the booking contract;

Additional rates for out-of-town, except for places near our extension offices as listed in our multiply site. Otherwise, OUT-OF-TOWN RATES are all negotiable. We are very flexible. Madali lang po kaming kausap at mag-adjust ng rates basta interesado sa amin ang clients after making their due diligence about us.

If you cannot meet us personally due to your busy schedule, the required 50% partial payment can be deposited to our BPI, BDO bank accounts or WESTERN UNION to CONFIRM your event with us. Thereafter, we can meet or your authorized representative at a place & time most convenient to both of us.
NO PENCIL BOOKING ALLOWED.
FOR FULL or PARTIAL COORDINATION PACKAGES, we will send it to you within twenty four (24) hours upon sending us your details required in our auto yahoo response.
THE ABOVE-QUOTED RATES ARE FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY. PLEASE BOOK AHEAD. WE REQUIRE 50% DOWN PAYMENT UPON SIGNING OF CONTRACT.
